Bells Hells' Favorite Witchy Hollow One Looks Regally Goth in This Critical Role Cosplay

One Critical Role fan has perfectly recreated Laudna's spooky beautifulness in an elegant cosplay that also features her familiar, Pâté de Rolo.

Campaign 3's Warlock/Sorcerer receives a regal makeover in a stunning Critical Role cosplay.

Posted on Reddit, the Laudna costume perfectly captures her "spooky beautiful" nature; the dress recreates the Hollow One's red and black wardrobe, giving it more of a party outfit feel, and a crown of white and gray lilies adorn her head. Pâté de Rolo, Laudna's familiar made from a bird skull and a rat body, also features in the cosplay.

Brought to life by Marisha Ray, the Warlock/Sorcerer has become an absolute fan-favorite character in Critical Role's third mainline campaign because of her haunting aesthetic and her unending optimism despite her tragic and brutal backstory. However, some of the latest events in Campaign 3's story have potentially sent Laudna down a very dark path and opened the door for the return of one the most iconic and dangerous foes in Critical Role's history.

Of course, Laudna isn't the only character Ray has created to inspire instances of costume creation. Toward the end of last year, prominent cosplayer Eilise Rose shared their take on Keyleth of the Air Ashari, the determined and sometimes socially awkward Druid from Campaign 1. The costume includes a flower- and butterfly-covered dress, a staff wrapped in leafy vines and the Voice of the Tempest's signature antlers.

Moreover, several characters from Campaign 2 have ignited the imaginations of fans, resulting in impressive cosplays. For example, Twitter users Sørine (@SurineCosplay) and Christophers Workshop (@Chrisbs_Cosplay) uploaded photos of their respective Jester and Fjord cosplays, which showcase the adorable dynamic between the romantic pair. Another Twitter user showed off their incredible recreation of Mighty Nein's Zealot Barbarian, Yasha, with a costume that references her angelic heritage and includes her giant sword.

Critical Role fans do not just show their love and appreciation for the series by fabricating cosplays; they also actively engage with the story by crafting theories. Notably, a hilarious theory about one of Campaign 3's guest characters -- Bor'Dor Dog'Son -- speculated that the seemingly lovable Sorcerer was actually a polymorphed dog; however, this idea was ultimately proven wrong in Episode 63, "A Haunted Past." Another interesting fan theory may still happen; recently, a Critical Role fan on Reddit put forth the notion the Prism Grimpoppy, the apprentice mage of the Cobalt Soul, who teamed up with Laudna, Ashton and Orym during their adventures in Iyssylra may "become one of the end-game bad guys for Bell's Hells."
